Why we exist

Hiring across professional and commercial roles is its own discipline. The shortlist matters more than the volume. The cultural fit decides whether a finance manager, an HR business partner or a sales director is still in seat at six months.

Vast Staffing was set up to fix that. We pair a UK-wide candidate network with the discipline of a single named consultant per client - the kind of recruitment that gets the right person in the chair, not the most CVs in the inbox.

What we do, plainly

Permanent placements across ten practices. Our desk is built around hires that stay - the brief, the vetting, the offer support, the day-7 / 30 / 90 follow-ups.

Who we work for

UK professional services firms, mid-market commercial businesses, and in-house functions of larger enterprises. Mostly small to mid-market, with hiring managers who want to spend less time on recruitment.
